This season, we’re spreading smiles and joy! Lamar Cares is hosting a Toy & Bike Giveaway to bring a little extra magic to local families. From bikes to toys, we’re giving back to the community and making sure every child feels the excitement and wonder they deserve. Because every kid deserves to feel special, especially during the holidays.
As the weather gets colder, Lamar Cares is keeping our community warm. Through our Coat ‘Cause We Care Giveaway, we’re providing free coats to families in need, because no one should have to face the winter without warmth. It’s our way of showing that caring for our neighbors is always in season.
This October, Lamar Cares proudly stands in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and raise awareness about early detection and support resources. Together, we’re spreading hope, strength, and education, because awareness saves lives.
We’re helping students start the school year strong! Lamar Cares is hosting a Backpack Giveaway to provide kids with the essentials they need for a successful year ahead. Each backpack is filled with school supplies and handed out with care, because every child deserves to feel prepared, confident, and supported on day one.
Lamar Cares is excited to host a Free Golf Camp for kids in the community! This event is all about introducing young participants to the game of golf while teaching valuable life skills like patience, focus, and discipline.
We’re proud to support X-Press Camp, a community-driven summer experience focused on empowering kids through creative expression, teamwork, and personal growth.
